What to include in the Shipping Policy
Thank you for placing your order with us! We kindly ask you to confirm that your shipping address is valid for either Canadian or International delivery to ensure a smooth shipping process. After we receive your order, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. However, please keep in mind that during peak periods, such as Black Friday the holiday season, processing times may be longer than usual. Additionally, shipping costs will be calculated based on the pre-discount of your order, and all shipping details will be provided in business days for your convenience. Thank you for your understanding!

Free shipping is available exclusively for our Canadian customers in Toronto and Ontario, Canadian Provinces orders over $150 before taxes. For international orders, free shipping applies only to of $250 or more. Please note that rural and remote postal codes may not qualify for free shipping and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. A flat shipping rate may apply to orders shipped to Yukon, Northwest, and Nunavut, which are not eligible for free.
