What to include in the Shipping Policy
Shipping address must be a valid Canadian or Worldwide address.
Please allow 48 hours upon receipt of your order confirmation for your order to be processed. During peak sale periods such as Black Friday, order fulfillment time may increase.
Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our carrier for shipment. Our 48 Hour service runs Monday-Saturday and our Express service runs Monday-Friday. Please see respective transit times below.
Cost of shipping your package will be determined by the pre-tax, post-discount value of your order. Please note, all shipping details are in business days.

While we try our best to ship all orders on the next regular business day (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays), orders may take slightly longer to process when there is a site-wide sale or promotion, or items out of stock and has to restock. We ship to all provinces and territories.
